Great company with great service. Reasonable prices and fixed the first time out. Tech Brandon fixed a problem another company could not figure out. Plus they apply their diagnostic fee towards the repair. Needless to say we will never use the other company again. ($90 for 20 minutes and not fixed) We take comfort and have learned to stick to honest and reasonable Superior Air.
We've been using their annual fall and spring checkup plan for many years, and are very pleased. They make sure things are working correctly before the heat of summer and cold of winter arrive. A/C went out Sunday night of Labor Day weekend. I called at 8:30pm and left a message and someone called back within 20 minutes. Jorge was at my home the very next morning, on the Labor Day holiday, right on time (9:45am). He had my A/C repaired in no time, thank goodness as it was supposed to be well over 100* that day. This is the ONLY A/C company I will use. Thanks for your help and prompt and accurate service!!!

First off calling the shop Janette was so patient and friendly, while I got my thoughts together, she scheduled my appointment for the next day which I needed. Brandon was my technician and he was so friendly and professional and he explained everything to me. They are on time and they send you notifications when they are in route. Im glad I found this company. Customer Service is key because I did call another company first and I didn’t feel I would get good service because of the initial call. ?? Thank u
Brandon has been the consistent repair person to my home. He has patiently kept my dinosaur of a system working with polite and professional service. The service is reliable, customer service responds quickly and the technician arrives in the two hour window they provide.
