I have been dealing with Superior Air for about 5 years. I bought three Carrier air conditioners from them and they service our home units and other properties. Good products, good service, good prices, and good people.
Came out next day bright and early and replaced fried contacter. It's working nice and cool now. James hooked us up really fast and successfully.

We turned on the heater for the first time this winter. No heat. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I was afraid we would have to wait till next week. James was able to come out and diagnose the problem. Ten minutes later he had fixed the wiring issue and the heat was on. I was very pleased with the work and his professional manor. Just had a new system installed this morning by Superior Air, and boy, what a relief! Larry, Brandon, Steve and crew were super easy and professional to deal with: the Carrier unit is top of the line with one of the best warranties out there, and VERY reasonably priced(!); they moved my appt up a whole week and on a day I already had off, which was double the convenience(!); the whole install only took 3 hours(!), and they cleaned up everything nice and tidy before they left! Status: currently chilling with "superior" air.
Our AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year. James came out that same day & quickly found the problem. He is definitely a straight shooter & I appreciate that. It was a much easier fix than we had anticipated. We are very happy with the service & Superior Air will now be our go-to place for heating & AC problems!!

Very professional and organized company. This doesn’t necessarily mean they are expensive. Between the other companies I’ve gotten quotes with for regular biannual maintenance and repairs their prices are compatible if not better. Also, if you sign up for annual maintenance all repairs are 10% off. All the service personnel have been courteous and professional, and mind their own business when working inside and through out the house which may seem like a non issue with some but its an important issue with me and my family. I’ll continue to contract with their annual maintenance and go to them for repairs.
Highly recommend Superior Air. Our furnace quit working Thanksgiving week, just as we were leaving on vacation. They were able to send someone out before we left, and had our new unit installed the day after our return. Very prompt and professional. Have already recommended them to others.
Not only was the customer service very helpful but the technician Jorge was a complete professional. He had my AC working within minutes. The price was very fair and I walked away happy with this experience.
